For the event of Paris Retail Week, Altavia RetailTech releases its new solutions to create unique and performing customers journeys. From 10 to 12 September 2018, booth Y116, the entity born from the merging of the startup Ubiq® and the international group of communications and business Altavia, will introduce to the actors of the retail industry, its new platforms ART Platform and UBIQ social. They combine the best IT solutions which allows retail actors to generate traffic in store and strengthen their customers relationships.

Altavia RetailTech: 2 innovative tools to boost the business of retail brands

From 10 to 12 September, for the 4th edition of the Paris Retail Week, brands and distribution networks can discover 2 innovative tools developed by Altavia RetailTech. Born from the merging between Ubiq®, the editor of a Social-to-Store solution and the international group of communications and business dedicated to retail, Altavia, the young entity, created in June 2018, is specialised in conceiving and building unique and performing customers journeys, as a performance lever for the actors of retail.

For the event PRW, Altavia RetailTech will introduce 2 solutions SaaS:

  • The Altavia RetailTech Platform (ART Platform) which contains a complete range of IT solutions interconnected to build and manage unique and omnicanals customers journeys. Those journeys will drive traffic to store (drive-to-store), offer
    customer experiences in store (in-store) and help strengthen customers relationships and manage built its loyalty (back-tostore).
  • UBIQ Social Platform allows retail brands and distribution networks to consolidate their multi-local social media strategy by entirely managing their social networks and engage the communities in their local catchment areas.
